On his last trip he completed his fight camp and fought on the main event on Auckland’s biggest show and won via KO.
Mike Kainga worked and trained at Gym 101 with Rob using the Crosscore 180 and Kettle Bells. He has recently moved to the Waikato to be a part of the Waikato Chief’s Rugby Franchise.

Ben is a leading part of GYM101’s Martial Arts team the Iron Wolves.
15 Year Old TK won Gold at the No Gi Nationals with 3 fights and 3 wins. 
Mount Intermediate Netball team are now training at GYM101 for the aims games.
Coach Mary Woods has a great Team which she is now bringing into GYM101 for our boxing and conditioning program.
After training with head coach Alan Orr for 3 months, Faith became the number one female featherweight MMA fighter in New Zealand and Australia. Also now ranked number 4 in the world when training with Gym101.
Faith has now signed a contract to fight in Invictia

Faith is no longer with the Gym101 and is now ranked number 10. We wish her all the best in her future.
